Subcutaneous fat necrosis (ScFN) of the newborn is an uncommon self-limiting panniculitis, often associated with a complicated delivery. Introduction: Adrenal hypoplasia congenita (AHC) is often difficult to differentiate from congenital adrenal hyperplasia in the early stages of life.
